Although my roots are in creative copywriting, I also enjoy using my analytical side to map website experiences and craft long-form copy. During my time as a freelancer at WAX, I was brought in to help refresh the Mitchell Eye Centre website, turning technical medical content into approachable, benefit-focused copy. I interviewed doctors for their bios, simplified complex jargon, and optimized every headline and page for SEO impact. The website redesign also managed to win an Anvil Award.
